Lots of news about Kaeleigh to report:
She's rolling belly-to-back now also. She hasn't started rolling a ton either way, but she's doing a lot more turning onto her side when she's put down instead of staying on her back.
She's able to move a toy from one hand to the other, and is a lot better about reaching out and grabbing what she wants.
She's acting more interested in our food, which is one of the "ready" signs for eating cereal. She stuck her hand in my yogurt today.
A few nights ago, she slept her longest stretch at night of 4 1/2 hrs. Last night it was 6 1/2 hrs. Both of these have been on Dad's night, so Dad is taking an extra night tonight. :P (He appears to have the magic touch after all!)
Kaeleigh does seem to be having a lot more trouble teething and acts in pain a lot. She's eating less and spitting up more. Poor girl.
Nicknames she has:
"Our little iguana" because sometimes she'll stick her tongue in and out over and over for no reason
"My little turtle" (she just has this from Mom) because she has a larger head and a skinny neck and it reminds me of a turtle. :)
"Princess Petunia" (again from Mom) I don't know how that came about except that in our family we say random rhyming things all the time (Skylar B. Gyler etc)
Of course, she also gets called the normal things like honey, sweetie, punkin, punkin eater, turkey butt (well, that's normal for us but I realize it's not normal for anyone else LOL)
Skylar finished baseball camp yesterday and had a lot of fun. She was the ONLY girl there, and though she wasn't happy about it she was a trooper. I'm trying to help her realize that it's actually pretty neat that she was the only one.
